Welcome to Uncle Sid's Book Cafe

The Book Cafe idea came from a Nikki a lady who works within the Norfolk Talking Therapies Department, and she saw a niche idea in the market for those that finish work but don't want to go home just yet and want to sit and relax. If you are like me im not keen on Starbucks, Costa or a pub as they don't feel cosy to sit and read, so Uncle Sid's Book Cafe came to be.

Currently we only offer hot drinks.
Latte, Cappuccino, Americano, Mocha, Hot Chocolate and a variety of teas.
But we may start to introduce other drinks over the coming months.

We have books on offer for you to read, or to swap in our second hand book library. Just bring in your own and wind away the hours.
