Our Story

We sell most of our items by weight or volume so simply hand over your tub, jar or bottle and we will fill it as much or as little as you like.

Placing your container on the scales we zero the weight and then fill as required. It doesn't matter if you have any product still in the container - you will only pay for how much we put in. 

For liquids we will measure the required amount of product and pour it in to your bottle.

We encourage you please to bring your jars and bottles with you. No matter the shape or size (or even if it's plastic! - reusing a plastic container is better than throwing it away!), whatever you are comfortable using, bring it along - its a perfect excuse to use up all those containers lying around! This all helps to reduce waste. 

But, don't worry if you forget we do have some containers available for free which you can use if you don't have one.

Yes!
We have lots of organic produce.
As much as possible we source organically produced foods. Plus we have many items that are suitable for vegans and those needing free-from foods.

Many of the lovely folks of Lowestoft will remember 'Weigh & Save'. Well, in terms of the concept of weighing and buying as much as you need, yes our refill store is the same kind of thing.

But long gone are sticky fingers, diving into the bottom of the big barrels and mixing between barrels. Our gravity feeds are amazing for keeping unwanted food and germs from getting inside, as well as making sure you can see exactly what you're buying.

If you can't see a particular item, simply ask us! We are always happy to show you around and talk about what we have available. If we don't stock what you're after then we will look at whether it is something we could get.
