Created by Dave and Lorraine in 2019 Uncle Sid's was Lowestoft's first zero waste refill store. After 5 years at the helm Dave and Lorraine hung up their aprons for a well earned retirement.
On 1st October 2024 mother and son team Julie and Nath took ownership and continue the business with the heart and core values which Uncle Sid's is loved for.
We take great pride in our product selection and only source from the most reputable suppliers.
Doing our best to help you be zero plastic waste with your groceries and everyday household products, we use closed loop systems to ensure the large containers we receive are returned and reused or recycled by the manufacturer. Where this is not possible we reuse and recycle ourselves to keep our waste to the absolute minimum.

Offering locally made and home made savories and cakes along with a wonderful coffees, teas, hot chocolate and cold drinks. Coffee Corner is space to meet friends and enjoy the friendly community atmosphere of Uncle Sid's.
